About Rainstat Irrigation

Rainstat Irrigation has been in business since 1991. It started in the Brownwood, Texas area under the name “Just Lawns.” This was due to its beginnings in the lawn maintenance business. As the company matured it expanded its services to include maintenance, landscaping, sprinklers, fencing and landscape lighting. We changed our name to Rainstat Irrigation at the beginning of 2008.

We have limited our offerings to sprinkler repair and retrofitting the revolutionary Rainstat and weather station. We still do quality landscape lighting and have added drainage to our quiver.

The company is owned by Doug Saylor of Waco, Texas. Doug’s address is 245 Windmill Lane, Waco, Texas 76705. Drew Saylor heads up the repair technicians while Doug takes the office duty.
